Staff Positions
Manager Administration

Key Responsibilities:
a. Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the university's facilities and services.
b. Lead and supervise support staff, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task management.
c. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
d. Manage facilities maintenance, security, transportation, and event coordination.
e. Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with University regulations and external standards.
f. Ensurethe safety, cleanliness, and accessibility of University premises.
Requirements:
a. Master or equivalent (16 years education) degree from HEC recognized University.
b. Proven 6 years post qualification experience in administrative management, preferably in Higher Education Institution.
c. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
d. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
e. Proficiency in office management software and tools.
f. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
